Sound baths harvest the power of vibration and harmonic frequencies to restore the inner balance of your body mind and spirit.

Sound baths are a form of vibrational healing.  In these classes, you will lie back and make yourself comfortable on a thick yoga mat, cover yourself with a cosy blanket before opening yourself up to the healing vibrations. If you are unable to lie down, the option to be seated throughout is available (select relevant ticket)

In the class we use both Crystal Singing bowls as well as bowls forged from mixed metals. The metal bowls are mostly individually hand-hammered and created with the intent of healing blockages on the physical, mental and emotional planes.
